By accessing or using NexusBro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NexusBro is an AI-powered chat platform that provides responses using artificial intelligence. Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use NexusBro to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input prompts. AI-generated responses are provided as-is. Shared prompts are licensed under a public license when made public.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexusBro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI responses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. QA Audit Data

When you run a QA audit, NexusBro crawls the specified URL and generates a report based on automated analysis. Audit results may be stored for trend tracking, leaderboard ranking, and intelligence features. Public audits appear on the leaderboard and scores pages. Private audits remain visible only to the account that created them.

10. AI-Generated Content

NexusBro uses artificial intelligence to generate QA audit prompts, chat responses, and fix recommendations. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before applying to production systems. NexusBro does not guarantee that generated fixes will resolve all issues or that audit scores represent a complete assessment of website quality.

11. Fair Use and Rate Limits

Free accounts are subject to daily query and audit limits. Pro and Pro Max accounts receive higher limits as described on the pricing page. Automated scraping, bulk API calls without authorization, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension. Enterprise customers may request custom rate limits by contacting support.
